A Chief Magistrate Court sitting in Port Harcourt, has granted bail to one favor Ibama, a father of four accused of drugging, raping and robbing young women of their belongings after luring them through social media.
Chief Magistrate, Obiageli Onugbom granted the suspect bail in the tune of seven hundred and fifty thousand naira, after the defence team requested for time to amend the charges.
The presiding judge, according to reports had ordered the victims to appear in court, but none of them showed up.
The case was later adjourned to July 30, 2021.
