There are reports that the case involving detained Federal lawmaker, Hon. Farah Dagogo and the Rivers state Government has been adjourned to Wednesday, 25 May 2022.
It was gathered that the lawmaker was in court waiting for proceedings to begin
No reason was given over the failure of the court to sit.
Farah, was last week brought to court on a stretcher, after a Federal High court had granted him bail and restrained parties involved from arresting him.
He was arrested by the Police on the orders of the Rivers State Governor, Nyesom Wike for allegedly mobilizing thugs to disrupt the primaries of the People’s Democratic Party in Port Harcourt.
