A Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, the Rivers State Capital has ordered that detained Rivers lawmaker, Farah Dagogo be released on bail based on its previous ruling.
The court gave the ruling after it issued a warrant for officers of the Poet Harcourt, correctional centre to produce Farah in court, today.
Farah, who was brought to court in a wheel chair, was taken back to the correctional after court proceedings.
Recall that Farah, was last week brought to court on a stretcher by mobile Police officers.
This was after the Federal High Court had granted him bail and restrained parties involved in the matter from arresting him.
Farah, was arrested for allegedly disrupting the primaries of the People’s Democratic Party in Port Harcourt.
