The Federation Account Allocation Committee (FAAC) has disbursed N2.001 trillion to the federal, state, and local governments as revenue for July 2025.
The allocation was made at FAAC’s August 2025 meeting in Abuja. According to a communiqué issued after the session, the shared revenue included N1.283 trillion from statutory sources, N640.61 billion from Value Added Tax (VAT), N37.6 billion from the Electronic Money Transfer Levy (EMTL), and N39.75 billion from Exchange Difference.
FAAC disclosed that the total gross revenue for July stood at N3.837 trillion, with N152.68 billion deducted for the cost of collection, and N1.683 trillion allocated for transfers, interventions, refunds, and savings.
