The former Chairman of Obio/Akpor Local Government Area, Chijioke Ihunwo, has reaffirmed his support for Rivers State Governor, Siminalayi Fubara, urging residents to remain united in pursuit of peace, progress, and development.
In a statement on Monday, Ihunwo described Governor Fubara as a dynamic and visionary leader whose administration has continued to uphold democratic values and foster unity across the state.
“At this critical moment in our history, our unity is our strength. Together, we shall overcome every challenge and build a future rooted in justice, equity, and sustainable development,” he said.
He emphasized that peace is a collective responsibility and expressed confidence that Rivers State, under Fubara’s leadership, would achieve greater heights.
