Our outward appearance reflects our mental position about our physical posture. For many who take time to exercise, eat well, get some rest, have increasing chances to boost their confidence and appearance. Even God recognizes this:
- As the saying goes, “Exercise is good for your body… (1 Timothy 4:8 CEV)
- Exercise daily in God—no spiritual flabbiness, please! Workouts in the gymnasium are useful (1 Timothy 4:8 MSG)
The wealth, success, and power we all seek, can only be meaningful if we have a healthy, and stable physical body to enjoy or appreciate them. Give attention to your physical well-being – God needs your body for His purposes on earth!

O Lord God, in accordance with Your Word, I believe withmy heart that Jesus Christ is the Son of the Living God. I believe He died for me and has risen up in victory. I confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord over my life and affairs starting now! I declare that by Him I have everlasting life and that I am now Born Again. Thank you, Father for saving my soul from hell. I am a child of God. Praise the Lord, Halleluyah.
