Offcials of the Rivers State Government are currently evacuating rubble of the collapsed building in Port Harcourt.
Recall that an uncompleted building collapsed at Okilton by Ada George yesterday, leaving three persons injured.
The government has so far ordered an investigation into the incident and vowed to punish those found culpable.
It also ordered the immediate arrest of the construction engineer for proper investigation.
