The Chairman of Etche Local Government Area, Chief Hon. Chima Boniface Njoku, has gifted plots of land valued at ten million naira each to members of the Etche 10th Legislative Council.
Media Aide to the Chairman, Robinson Oluor in a statement said the gesture was outlined in an appreciation letter written by the Leader of the 10th Legislative Council, Rt. Hon. Marshal Nwankwo, and addressed to the council chairman.
He commended the chairman for his support and commitment to the welfare of legislators.
According to him, the land acquisition is structured in two phases, with 12 plots already allocated in the first phase to commemorate the chairman’s first 100 days in office.
