TEXT: Obadiah 13-21
MEMORY VERSE: “The day of the Lord is near for all nations. As you have done, it will be done to you, your deeds will return upon your own house.” Obadiah 15 NIV
Everyone reap what he sows Gal. 6:7. The self-pre-occupation that kept the Edomites from helping neighbouring nations came back to haunt them in the day of their need. Power can be used for selfish achievements or to intimidate; it can be used to taunt others. Edom misused its power and reaped terror and destruction.

As children of God we should be mindful of whatever do because the reward is waiting Exodus 20:5. “For I, the Lord your God am a jealous God, punishing the children for the sin of the father to the third and fourth generation of those who hate me NIV.
CHALLENGES
- Evaluate how you live your life if it is in tandem with Christian way of life.
PRAYER POINT: Pray for members whose faith is dwindling because of bad conditions.
