One of the organizers of the #EndSars protest and comedian, KObaba has called on government at all levels to implement reports of the various Judicial Panels of Inquiry on the protests that rocked the nation two years ago.
The social commentator, made the call during the 2nd Anniversary of the #EndSars protests in Port Harcourt on Thursday.
According to him, youths may embark on another protest over the failure of government to implement reports of the panels.
He said they want to see government compensate victims of police brutality, prosecute erring officers amongst others.
He also revealed that the protests helped to awaken the consciousness of youths in political matters, adding that youths will come out en masse to vote in next year’s general elections.
KObaba, explained that part of the message passed during the protests was not just to end Police brutality but, bad governance in the country.
EndSARS protests began as a call to end police brutality, harassment, extrajudicial killings, and unfair treatment by the police in Nigeria.
