One Nwanburoke Nwosu accused by the Chairman of Emohua local government area of Rivers state – Hon. Chidi Lloyd of being behind kidnappings along the East West Road in November has denied any involvement in the crime.
Nwosu popularly known as Abiotu in a statement at the weekend said the allegation is false as he has not been to the Council since his release from prison.
According to him, he has not been involved in any crime since he left prison, adding that some persons are only trying to bring him down.
Recall that Hon. Lloyd had placed a two million naira bounty on Abiotu over his alleged involvement in kidnappings in the area.
