The Emohua Police station building is set to be completed this September.
Chief Press Secretary of the council, Bright Jossy disclosed this in a statement Today.
According to him, the station will be the first ever divisional police headquarters in the local government since the creation of the local government area in 1991.
His statement reads,
Emohua police station building conceptualized and executed by the administration of Hon. Chidi Lloyd , DSSRS to be ready in September.
The 1 storey building situated directly opposite the Emohua Campus of the Rivers State University (RSU) along the Emohua-Kalabari road will upon completion house the first ever divisional police headquarters in the local government headquarters since the creation of the local government area in 1991.
The project is in line with Dr. Chidi Lloyd’s commitment to the security of lives and properties, with a view to attracting investors for the overall development of the area.
