The Chairman of Emohua Local Government Area, Sir Chidi Lloyd, has declared seven suspected members of a criminal gang wanted in connection with the killing of the Vice Chairman of Obelle Community Development Committee, Chief Ferdinand Dabiri. A bounty of ₦2 million has been placed on each suspect.
The announcement follows intelligence reports linking the suspects to Dabiri’s assassination, which was allegedly carried out in broad daylight by the gang leader, Reuben Chibuzor Nyenke, also known as Cairo, who had earlier been declared wanted.
The suspects declared wanted are Denis Martin (a.k.a. Commander Deni), Innocent Offor, Amadi Onyebuchi (a.k.a. Omenma), Kingsley Achinonu, Kpomasirichi Otobo, Sunday Chima, and Uche Amos (a.k.a. Huba).
Lloyd urged members of the public with credible information about their whereabouts to provide it discreetly through secure channels.
The declaration was contained in a statement issued on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, by Bright Jossy-Elendu, Executive Assistant and Press Secretary to the Chairman.
