Former chairman of Emohua local government area, Hon. Chidi Lloyd has suspended the distribution of farming equipment to farmers across the 14 wards in the local government area.
Lloyd in a statement Today said the exercise was suspended due to security reasons after he was advised by security agencies.
The distribution of farming was earlier scheduled to hold Today, Tuesday, June 18, 2024 and Wednesday at the council secretariat in Emohua.
Lloyd has in a statement said the gesture is in line with President Bola Tinubu’s Renewed Hope Agenda, to enhance agriculture and ensure food security .
