Chairman of Emohua Local Government Area, Hon. Chidi Lloyd has placed a one million naira bounty on one Mr. Wordi accused of being behind kidnappings in the area.
Lloyd, who made this known in a statement Today, said he wants Wordi dead or alive.
According to him, Wordi must be apprehended, adding that the identity of the individual who alerts them of his whereabout would be hidden.
He declared that members of the Emohua Vigilante Services, EMOVIS will no longer be paid until they arrest Wordi.
Lloyd urged youths to shun crime and take advantage of his administration’s empowerment programme.
