A young man identified as Justice Ogbuehi has been allegedly killed by officials of the Emohua Security Services, EMOVIS in Oduoha community, Emohua LGA of Rivers state.
Elder brother of the deceased in a chat with journalists in Port Harcourt, yesterday said his brother was shot dead by EMOVIS while he was helping his mother process cassava in their compound.
He said the deceased recently passed out from the Naval training school.
He called for scrapping of the group and prosecution of the suspects.
Meanwhile, chairman of Emohua local government area, Chidi Lloyd has called for calm, adding that an investigation has been launched into the crime.
According to him, members of the local vigilante outfit are not permitted to bear firearms as anyone found culpable will be dealt with.
