Chief Emeka Bekee has emerged as chairman of the All Progressives Congress in the Rivers state.
Chairman of the state screening committee, Abibakar Idris declared Bekee winner, having secured the highest number of votes with 1575.
Bekee, in his acceptance speech promised to unite the party to takeover power in the state in 2023.
Hon. Sam Etete Gwon emerged Secretary of the party while Chris Finebone emerged as Publicity Secretary.
