Chairman of Eleme Local Government Area, Hon. Brian Gokpa has accused the lawmaker representing Eleme State Constituency; Hon. Oforji Igwe and former council chairman, Hon. Obarillomarte Olor of burning down the Eleme Local Government Council.
Gokpa made this known when he appeared before the Judicial Panel of Commission investigating the arson on council secretariats across the state few weeks ago.
According to him, Igwe and Olor supervised the burning of the building, adding that a total of 34 persons were involved in the attack.
