The National Youth Service Corps, NYSC, says eight corps members who were abducted by unknown gunmen on their way from Akwa State to Sokoto State have been released.
Director-General of NYSC, YD Ahmed, disclosed this in a statement on Friday.
He warned Corps Members against travelling at night, adding that the welfare and security of all members will continue to be the priority of the scheme.
