The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja, has reaffirmed the reinstatement of Rt. Hon. Comrade Philip Shaibu as the Deputy Governor of Edo State.
Justice James Omotosho, dismissed the application of stay of execution brought before it by the Edo State Government and the state House of Assembly against the reinstatement of Shaibu on Tuesday.
He, dismissed the application with a fine of 200 thousand naira (#200,000.00) each against the Edo State Government and the State Assembly.
