The Court of Appeal sitting in Port Harcourt just delivered judgement in the the appeal filed by Tonye Cole and Rivers APC against the judgment of Hon. Justice Obile of the Federal High court, Port Harcourt over the alleged dual citizenship of the APC guber candidate brought before it by the Rivers PDP.
The Appeal Court panel in a unanimous judgment set aside the judgment and restored the name of Pastor.Tonye Cole as the duly nominated candidate of APC for the Rivers State Governorship election.
