The Department of State Security Service, has denied reports making the rounds that five activists arrested at Dunamis International Gospel Center were handed over to them on Sunday.
This was for wearing a T-shirt with the inscription, “Buhari Must Go.”
Renowned activist, Omoyele Sowore disclosed this in a statement on Monday.
Sowore, who had earlier criticized the church and the DSS for the act, added that Dunamis must now tell Nigerians the whereabout of the activists.
Stakeholders had also criticized the church for the act, stating that the protesters have every right to protest in whatever way and manner they choose to.
