The Executive Chairman of Etche Local Government Area, Chief Hon. Obinna Anyanwu, PhD, DSSRS, has decorated his escort commander, Julius U. John after been promoted to the position of Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) confirmed, by the Nigerian Police.
In a brief remark shortly after decorating the officer, Dr. Anyanwu stated that the promotion was a result of hard work, commitment, dedication, and meritorious service.
He said, “This promotion is an appreciation of your hard work, commitment, and dedication to duty; that is why we all gathered here to perform this brief but significant ceremony”.
While congratulating the newly elevated ASP Julius, the chairman urged him to continue to discharge his duty in line with ethical conduct.
