Earlier today, the Executive Chairman of Etche Local Government Area, Chief Hon. Obinna Anyanwu, Ph.D, through his legal adviser, Charles Omesurum, Esq, signed a pact with one of the financial institutions/bank in Nigeria for the establishment of a bank branch in the Etche.
The meeting was attended by the Head of Local Government Administration, Etche Local Government Council, Mr. Opusunju Richmond.
