The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has dismissed reports of the discovery of N700 Billion cash and N1 Trillion worth of drugs at the residence of the son of former governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai.
Reports of the discovery by the commission trended on social media on Wednesday.
Reacting, the EFCC in a statement on Thursday, described the reports as false, urging members of the public to ignore it

“This piece of news quoted above is a false narrative of the activities of the EFCC. Members of the public are enjoined to ignore it,” the EFCC said.
