The Rivers State Civil Society Organizations, have reacted to the disbandment of the Eagle Crack unit by the State Commissioner of Police, Eboka Friday.
The state commissioner of Police, had yesterday, announced the disslolution of the squad, shortly after a student of the University of Port Harcourt, had accused an officer of the unit of extortion.
Chairman of RIVCSO, Enefaa Georgewill in a statement today, said the disbandment of the team is a warming gift to slain auto mobile mechanic, Chima Ikwunado.

Enefaa and his team have been doing their bit, to ensure that Chima, who was allegedly murdered by officers of the disbanded Special Anti-Robbery Squad, gets Justice.
He had yesterday condemned the incident involving the mobile Police officer and the student, as he called on the Commissioner of Police to arrest, investigate and prosecute the accused.
