The Diobu Vigilante Group says it has handed over five hoodlums alleged to be terrorising the Iloabuchi axis of Diobu in Port Harcourt, Rivers State to the Police.
Leader of the group, Amatari Biobelede disclosed this in a chat with journalists over the weekend. He said the hoodlums were arrested after they had robbed a resident of her personal belongings.
Amatari said they swung into action after they received a distress call from residents of the area. He stated that a pistol was recovered from five of the hoodlums.
He also stated that the hoodlums have been handed over to the Mile 1 Divisional Police station for investigation and prosecution.
