DCLM Daily Manna 2025: DCLM Daily Manna 26 November 2025: Spiritual Blessings Abound
Text: Ephesians 1:1-6 (KJV)
Paul, an apostle of Jesus Christ by the will of God, to the saints which are at Ephesus, and to the faithful in Christ Jesus:
2 Grace be to you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:
4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:
5 Having predestinated us unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself, according to the good pleasure of his will,
6 To the praise of the glory of his grace, wherein he hath made us accepted in the beloved.
KEY VERSE: Ephesians 1:3
“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ.”
The generosity and unchanging faithfulness of God are evident in all His dealings with humanity. He deserves our deepest gratitude for adopting us as His children through the redemptive work of Christ on the cross.
Beyond this miracle of adoption, God has also secured for us all spiritual blessings in heavenly places. Sadly, many believers remain unaware of these blessings or fail to access them throughout their lifetime.
The experience of Wilhelm Reichmann, an American who unknowingly inherited a vast fortune, illustrates this reality.
ecause of prolonged legal issues and incomplete family records, he lived modestly for years, unaware of the wealth that rightfully belonged to him. Only after much digging and legal clarification did he finally begin to enjoy his inheritance.
Similarly, everyone who repents and accepts Jesus Christ becomes a full-fledged child of God, adopted into His family. This adoption grants us access to the immeasurable riches of Christ, who “hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus” (Ephesians 2:6).
Despite this truth, many Christians still struggle spiritually and materially because they fail to understand or appropriate these blessings.
The phrase “spiritual blessings in heavenly places” means that everything we need for life, righteousness, and godliness has already been deposited in the spiritual realm. To draw these blessings into physical reality, two keys must be engaged: prayer and faith—trust in God’s promises.
True Christian victory requires daily engagement with Scripture, feeding on God’s Word, and stirring our faith to unlock God’s provision. Through prayer and unwavering trust, believers can pull down solutions from the heavenly realm into earthly manifestation.
THOUGHT FOR THE DAY:
Don’t live like a pauper when you can access the riches of Christ.
