The Osun State Government has announced the appointment of Afrobeats superstar David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, as the Chairman of the Osun Sports Trust Fund.
The appointment, which recognizes Davido’s global influence and commitment to youth development, aims to leverage his network and popularity to attract private sector investment into the state’s sports sector.
With this role, Davido is expected to lead initiatives geared towards improving sports infrastructure, talent development, and funding for various sporting activities in Osun State.
