Dangote Petroleum Refinery has reduced its ex-depot (gantry) price of Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), also known as petrol, by N25 per litre, lowering the rate from N799 to N774 per litre.
The refinery announced the price adjustment to marketers on Tuesday, stating that the new price takes immediate effect nationwide. In a notice issued to its partners, the company confirmed the revised gantry price and urged marketers to take note of the change for ongoing and future product lifting.
“This is to notify you of a change in our PMS gantry price from N799 per litre to N774 per litre,” the refinery stated.
Industry sources say the new pricing puts Dangote Refinery in a stronger competitive position against imported petrol, with the current landing cost of imported PMS from Lome estimated at about N793 per litre.
The refinery said the adjustment is aimed at further improving the competitiveness of locally refined petroleum products in the domestic market.
Dangote Refinery also notified marketers that its PMS lifting incentive programme has ended. According to the notice, the lifting bonus expired at 12:00 a.m. on February 10, 2026. However, credits for volumes loaded between February 2 and February 10, within previously communicated thresholds, will still be reflected in marketers’ account statements.
The company thanked its partners for their continued collaboration and support.
