Chairman of Ikwerre Local Government Area, Engr. Samuel Nwanosike has blasted Hon. Dakuku Peterside over his comments that what Governor, Nyesom Wike understands about Infrastructural development is only building of flyovers.
Speaking to journalists yesterday, Nwanosike said that Dakuku’s comment only showed he is ignorant about governance.
According to him, Dakuku does not think, and that Gov. Wike has built infrastructures in all sectors of the economy in the state.
He stated that under the current administration, 75 percent of the oil companies that left Port Harcourt, have returned from Lagos, and are comfortably doing business in the state, due to the governor’s achievements in the area of security.
He also noted that Gov. Wike is constructing the Trans-Kalabari Road; created jobs for Rivers people and is still doing more to transform the state.
He commended the governor for his numerous achievements in all the 23 local government areas of the state, adding that Rivers people are solidly behind him.
