Rivers state recorded 1 new case of covid-19 yesterday. This brings the total number of confirmed cases in the state to 16,310 with 16,000 discharged and 154 deaths.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control made this known on its official website on Saturday.
In total, Nigeria recorded 29 new cases. Lagos recorded the highest number with -27 and Kano-1.
This brings the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 251,959 with 225,946 discharged and 3124 deaths.
The NCDC, has warned Nigerians to obey all covid-19 protocol.
