Rivers State recorded 0 new case of COVID-19 yesterday. The total number of confirmed cases in the state still stands at 6,932 with 6,816 discharged and 100 deaths.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), made this known on its Twitter handle, during its daily update of COVID-19
In total, Nigeria recorded 50 new Cases. Lagos recorded the highest number with – 27, Plateau-11, Bayelsa-7, Gombe-3, Nasarawa-1 and Ekiti-1
This brings the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 163,113 with 151,853 recovered patients, and 2,058 deaths.
The agency, had in a statement warned Nigerians to be careful and observe all COVID-19 protocols, as they travel during the Easter period to be with family and friends.
