The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, says a total of 258874 cases have been confirmed in the country so far.
The commission in a tweet on its official Twitter handle on Wednesday, also confirmed that a total of 250456 cases have been discharged and 3,144 deaths recorded.
It noted that a total of 357 cases were recorded from 9th to 11th July 2022 in six states. Lagos recorded the highest with (292), Yobe (25), Rivers (20), FCT (11), Kano (7), and Delta (2).
It also said a multi-sectoral national emergency operations centre (EOC), activated at Level 2, continues to coordinate the national response activities.
The commission also warned Nigerians of possible resurgence of the virus and urged everyone to stay safe.
