Rivers state recorded 11 new cases of Covid-19 yesterday. The total number of confirmed cases in the state still stands at 12,705 with 12,503 discharged and 154 deaths.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control made this known on its official website on Monday.
In total, Nigeria recorded 90 new cases. Lagos recorded the highest number with -33, FCT-15, Nasarawa-14 be, Cross River-11, Rivers-11, Kano-3, Bayelsa-2 and Kaduna-1.
This brings the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 212,051 with 203,338 discharged and 2,898 deaths.
The NCDC has said obeying all covid-19, protocols is key to curbing the spread of the deadly virus.
