Rivers State recorded no new case of covid-19 yestersay. The total number of confirmed cases in the state still stands at 12,171 with 11,709 discharged and 154 deaths.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control made this known on its official website on Saturday.
In total, Nigeria recorded 138 new cases. FCT recorded the highest number with -51, Anambra-28, Lagos-24, Benue-18, Plateau-9, Kaduna-7 and Jigawa-1.
This brings the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 206,064 with 193,893 discharged and 2,723 deaths.
The NCDC has said obeying all covid-19, protocols is key to curbing the spread of the deadly virus.
