Richard Nwokocha, an Associate Professor of Law at the Rivers State University has fully recovered from the dreaded COVID-19 virus after testing positive two weeks ago.
Nwokocha who has been discharged from the University of Port Harcourt Teaching Hospital treatment centre, in a statement yesterday, thanked the staff and management of the hospital for their professionalism in handling his case.
The Associate Prof. who advised residents to comply with the COVID-19 health and safety protocols, also thanked friends and associates for their concern and continued prayers.
Prof. Richard Nwokocha had tested positive for COVID-19 after experiencing symptoms related to the virus. The virus has continued to ravage the state and the country at large with over 500 deaths recorded so far.
