Rivers State recorded 0 new case of COVID-19 yesterday. The total number of confirmed cases in the state still stands at 7,300 with 7167 discharged and 101 deaths.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), made this known on its official website on Monday.
In total, Nigeria recordeded 86 new cases. Lagos recorded the highest number of cases with -.52, Ondo-31 and Adamawa-3.
This brings the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 167,292 with 163,797 recovered patients, and 2,118 deaths.
The agency has warned Nigerians to obey all COVID-19 protocols as there is an emergence of a more deadly variant.
