Rivers State recorded 0 new cases of COVID-19 yesterday. The total number of confirmed cases in the state still stands at 6,999 with 6,864 discharged and 101 deaths.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), made this known on its Twitter handle, during its daily update of COVID-19
In total, Nigeria recorded 44 new Cases. Enugu recorded the highest number with – 22,Lagos-15, FCT-4, Osun-2, Kaduna-1.
This brings the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 163,837 with 154,177 recovered patients, and 2,061 deaths.
The agency has advised Nigerians to continue obeying all COVID-19 protocols despite taking the vaccine.
