Rivers state recorded 39 new cases of Covid-19 yesterday. This brings the total number of confirmed cases in the state to 13,153 with 12,807 discharged and 154 deaths.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control made this known on its official website on Wednesday.
In total, Nigeria recorded 1424 new cases. Lagos recorded the highest number with -796, Delta-152, FCT-130, Edo-129 Oyo-82, Ondo-39, Rivers-39, Kaduna-15, Enugu-9, Anambra-8,Kwara-7, Ogun-7, Bayelsa-4, Kano-4 and Akwa Ibom-3.
This brings the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 220,020 with 211,292 discharged and 2,983 deaths.
