Rivers State recorded 0 new case of COVID-19 yesterday. The total number of confirmed cases in the state still stands at 7,285 with 7160 discharged and 101 deaths.
The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC), made this known on its official website on Monday.
In total, Nigeria recordeded 12 new cases. Lagos recorded the highest number with 9 and Kwara 3.
This brings the total number of confirmed cases in the country to 167,078 with 163,469 recoverd patients, and 2,117 deaths.
The agency has warned Nigerians to obey all COVID-19 protocols as there is an emergence of a more deadly variant.
