Former Publicity Secretary of the APC in Rivers state, Chris Finebone has described the state government’s fight against the COVID-19, as a huge scam. This is as he alleged that the lockdown was eased to enable the PDP inaugurate its newly elected executives in the state.
Chris Finebone made this known in a chat with Journalists yesterday in Port Harcourt. He noted that the break was allowed till Sunday to also enable the party hold its thanksgiving.
The APC Chieftain during the chat, slammed the PDP for not observing social distancing during the party’s inauguration of state Excos. He called on the NCDC to order all the attendees including the executives to self-isolate themselves.
Finebone equally urged the NCDC, to test all attendees of the inauguration, and also carry-out contact tracing of persons they have interacted with. This is to help stop them from spreading the virus among Rivers people, Chris noted.
