A federal high court sitting in Abuja will Today deliver judgement on the suit filed by Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assemby, Hon. Martin Amaewhule, against Governor Siminalayi Fubara, the National Assembly and others.
The assembly is praying the court to stop the National Assembly from taking over its functions and prevent the governor from interfering in its activities.
