The Federal High Court sitting in Port Harcourt has struck out a suit by Sen.Lee Maeba challenging the revocation of Certificate of Occupancy of his property in GRA by the Rivers State Government.
The state government had revoked Lee Maeba’s C of O for allegedly supporting presidential candidate of the PDP, Atiku Abubakar.
