The Federal High Court in Port Harcourt has scheduled May 12, 2025, for the substantive hearing of a suit filed by former House of Representatives member, Dr. Farah Dagogo.

The suit challenges the suspension of Rivers State Governor, Sir Siminalayi Fubara, his deputy, and members of the State House of Assembly.
