Musiliu Akinsanya popularly known as MC Oluomo has been sacked as National President of the National Union of Roads Transport Workers, NURTW, by the Abuja Division of the Appeal Court.
The court in its ruling affirmed Tajudeen Ibikunle Baruwa as the authentic President of NURTW.
Baruwa who made this known in a press statement said Justice Hamma Akawu Barka, Nnamdi Okwy Dimgba and Asmau Ojuolape Akanbi declared him the legally elected President of NURTW.
He described the swearing in of MC Oluomo’s action as blatant disregard for the rule of law and an affront to the judiciary.
