Port Harcourt — A High Court sitting in Port Harcourt, presided over by Hon. Justice I.P.C. Igwe, has issued an order restraining key security agencies from arresting Ambassador Chijioke Ihunwo.
Those barred by the court include the Inspector General of Police, the Commissioner of Police in Rivers State, the Nigeria Police Force, the Police Service Commission, the Director General of the State Security Service in Rivers State, and the State Security Service.
The restraining order remains in effect pending the hearing and determination of the substantive matter, which is scheduled for April 30, 2025.
