The Federal High Court sitting in Abuja has reserved judgement in the suit filed by the APC, against INEC, in a bid to stop the conduct of local government election in Rivers State.
Justice Peter Lifu on Thursday, after counsel to all parties adopted their various legal positions reserved the judgement date.
He said that a date for the judgement would be communicated to parties to the suit.
