A Magistrate court in Port Harcourt has reserved judgement for September 25 2023 in a rape case involving a lecturer of the Rivers State University, Prof. David Ogbonna and a 21-year-old female student.
The lecturer is accused of sexually assaulting the female student in his office few months ago.
The lecturer had since denied the allegation.
