Some local government chairmen in Rivers State have accused Governor, Sim Fubara of withholding their monthly LG allocation since April and that of Emohua since March 2024.
Chairman of PHALGA, Hon. Allwell Ihunda who read a communique signed by the chairmen accused Gov. Fubara of going against the dictates of the constitution he swore to defend.
They called on the Rivers State House of Assembly to check what they described as excesses of the Governor.
They also called on President, Bola Tinubu to call the Governor to order so as to avoid a breakdown of law and order in the state.
